A lot can change in five years. Faster and better technology. Different (and questionable) fashion trends. Maybe even your job and your home. But aside from the expected daily wear and tear, what shouldn’t change too much is your flooring. Therefore, we’re delighted to offer a 5-year fitting guarantee on all flooring purchased from Tapi with fitting arranged by us. If it’s not a perfect fit, we’ll arrange to fix it!
Our 5-year fitting guarantee gives you peace of mind that your flooring has been installed to a high standard. The guarantee is valid where flooring is purchased together with new and appropriate Tapi accessories and underlay, the fitting service is arranged by Tapi using a recommended fitter, and any recommended subfloor work has been completed prior to installation.
There are a few things to remember to ensure your guarantee remains valid:
On the day of fitting, you will be asked to sign a satisfaction note for our records.
If a fitting-related complaint is raised, we will arrange for a home inspection to assess the issue. Where possible, the fitter will carry out remedial work to resolve the problem. If the issue is confirmed to be fitting-related and cannot be remedied, we will look to replace the affected area only.
Please note that the guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer named on the invoice. The guarantee is not valid for commercial flooring orders.
