Who knows your floor better than us? Your shoes and socks, of course! They’re down there living their lives on your flooring, witnessing the Tapi experience first-hand (or should that be first-foot?). So, we dropped the camera to floor level and interviewed hundreds of pairs of loveable footwear to find the stars of our adverts. Our cast are a mix of big personalities with regional accents, capturing the familiarity, warmth and everyday humour of British households up and down the country.

Likes: Entertaining guests, home improvements (especially their new flooring) & evenings in with a glass of vino
Dislikes: Marks, scuffs or wear and tear, rowdy kids… and the dog (obviously)

Likes: Freshly vacuumed carpets, complimenting each other constantly & anything pink
