T&Cs: Tapi Instagram Giveaway

The competition is open to residents in England, Scotland and Wales only and to those 18 and over. Applicants must either have their own home or have landlord permission to update their flooring. No purchase is necessary to apply.  
 
Tapi reserve the right to cancel or amend the position and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the position will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the company. The position and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. No employees, their families or agencies of Tapi are eligible to apply.  
 
You are providing your information to Tapi Carpets & Floors Limited and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy. 
 
This competition will run from 16/01/2026 until 23:59pm 23/01/2026. The competition winner will be announced on or in the week after the 23/01/2026. Applications must be made via Tapi’s Instagram account. Only one winner will be drawn at random from the entries, multiple entries will be included for extra shares on Instagram.  
 
The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. Tapi reserves the right to redraw an alternative winner, if we do not hear from the winner within 14 days. The giveaway consists of 30m2 of any Karndean flooring available on the Tapi website. If desired, the winner can choose to add to the order with other products. The position and prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and can only be used on Karndean products. Fitting is to be arranged in-store with the Tapi team and is included in the prize value. 
 
The winner will have 6 months from the date of notification to redeem the prize, after this the voucher will be invalid.  
 
By entering this competition, you acknowledge that if you win, your first name or Instagram handle may be used across Tapi’s social channels and any other media channels determined. The winner may also be required to shoot footage of the before and after transformation.  
 
Any personal data relating to the successful applicant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
