Our finance plan with Novuna Personal Finance offers you the opportunity to pay for your new carpet monthly and enjoy a fixed rate of 0% interest for up to 3 years on orders of £500 or more. Do you offer interest free credit?

Yes, we do! No deposit is needed, there is a minimum order purchase of £500 and, dependent upon the order value, you could get up to 3 years interest free credit. How do I apply for interest free credit?

To apply for interest free credit, speak to a member of Team Tapi in-store or call our Order Direct line on 03330 150 501.

Can I apply for interest free credit online?

Unfortunately, you can't apply for interest free credit online. We can only set up your application for interest free credit in-store or over the phone. Our Order Direct team can start the process with you over the phone then send you a link so you can complete the application and sign the agreement at home. Call 03330 150 501 to discuss your payment options.

Do I need to pay a deposit to get interest free credit?

No deposit is required with Tapi's interest free credit finance option. However, if you would like to reduce your monthly payments, you can choose to pay a deposit. Our product pages have an interest free credit calculator, which enables you to work out exactly what your monthly payments would be over a certain amount of months.

Do you offer finance options for fitting?

We don't offer any finance options for fitting flooring as the installation is undertaken by independent fitters, so fitting charges are paid to them directly.

How can I find out what I owe on finance and when it will be paid off by?

Customers of Novuna Personal Finance can manage their account online. There you'll be able to find details of the remaining balance to pay and when your next monthly installment is due. Your account details will have been emailed to you when the account was set up, you can also contact the Novuna Consumer Helpline on 0344 375 5500, which is open Monday - Friday 8.45am – 7pm, and Sat 8.45am – 12pm.
