Part of this call will be to double-check you've made all the right measurements and that you have all the finishing touches to make sure your new floor is perfect.
Absolutely, all our normal in-store services are available when you place an order with Reserve My Floor, so we'd be delighted to arrange the uplift and removal of your old flooring and the fitting of your new sparkly floor. Just let our flooring expert know that you would like these services when they call you after you've made your reservation.
Once you have chosen your dream floor and completed your reservation, one of our flooring experts will get in touch with you to make sure you have everything you need. If you have changed your mind, please let us know during this call and we can amend or cancel your order.
When you order with Tapi using Reserve My Floor, you can collect your order from your nearest store free of charge, or we can deliver your flooring to you and even arrange fitting. This can be arranged with our experts once they get in touch with you to complete your order. If you are collecting your order, please make sure you wait until we let you know your order has arrived before coming to store.
As soon as we've got your order and it's ready for collection, we will get in touch with you to let you know that everything is ready. We kindly ask that you don't try and collect your order before we've got in touch to avoid any disappointment. Most of our floors are ordered in specially for you and although most arrive quickly, some can take a little longer. Our experts will be able to give you a good indication of how long it will take when they give you a call to confirm your order.
