It's so easy to book an appointment at Tapi! We know you're busy people, so we offer three different types of appointments - just choose the most convenient option for you. You can book a store appointment, have a live video consultation with one of our flooring experts, or we can arrange to visit you at home. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, then we've made that very simple too.

How do I book an appointment?

It's so easy to book an appointment! We offer three types of appointment - store, video, and home visit - so just pick the one that's most convenient for you.

1. Store: Go to our Store Appointment page, find your nearest Tapi store, then select the date and time. During lockdown when the stores are closed, this will be a phone consultation.

2. Home Visit: With our free Home Visit service, you can have an appointment with a flooring specialist in the comfort of your own home. We'll bring the store to your door! Go to Book a Home Visit, fill in your details and we'll let you know if our mobile showrooms are available in your area, then we'll get in touch ASAP to book your appointment.

Do you offer appointments at home?

We do! Our free home visit appointments are the best way to choose a new floor. We'll bring our store to you! While you ‘oooh’ and ‘ahhh’ over our gorgeous flooring samples and try out all the different options in the comfort of your own home, your friendly home consultant will measure your space and help plan your new floor. Head to the Book a Home Visit page to fill in your details and someone will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule your appointment.

Do I need to book an appointment to visit the store?

There's no need to book an appointment to visit the store, but it's wise to book an appointment if you want a quote, especially on weekends when we're busier. Of course, if our flooring specialists are free, they'll happily sit down with you to discuss your flooring needs.

Can I book an online video appointment?

Yes, you can! Our live video appointments are great for when you're unable to get to a store, or if you can't have anyone visiting your home at the moment. Go to our Live Video Appointment page, then select a date and time for your virtual consultation with one of our flooring experts.

How long is an appointment?

We earmark an hour for our store appointments but if you know exactly what you want, it can be a lot quicker! If you've got more than room to do or need to choose more than one type of flooring, it may take a little bit longer. You'll get plenty of time to look at the flooring choices during your appointment, but feel free to have a browse in-store before or after. A live video appointment also takes about 1 hour.

A home visit can take up to 2 hours depending on how many rooms need new flooring. The flooring expert will measure up (and double check their measurements) while they're there, so this can take a bit of time. We promise you'll never feel rushed to make a decision during any of our appointments.

How do I cancel my appointment or fitting?

We know life can get busy, so if you need to cancel, postpone or reschedule your appointment or fitting with us, that's absolutely fine! On the email confirming the date of your appointment or fitting you'll also find the phone number and email address of the Tapi store looking after you. Just give them a ring or ping them an email and they'll sort it all out for you.
